Moore County is divided into 26 precincts, each serving as a local hub for Democratic Party activities. These precincts are the foundation of the party's grassroots organization and are vital to achieving its goals within the county.
Every precinct has its own leadership team consisting of the following officers:
- Chair: Responsible for leading the precinct, organizing events, and representing the precinct in county meetings.
- Vice Chair: Assists the Chair and steps in when the Chair is unavailable. The Vice Chair may focus on specific initiatives such as voter outreach or event planning.
- Secretary/Treasurer: Maintains records of meetings, manages communications, and oversees financial matters for the precinct.
