Election day is November 5, 2024. But you can vote absentee beginning September 6th or begin in-person early voting on October 17th.
Photo ID: In 2024, voters will be asked to show photo ID when voting in North Carolina. Click here to see acceptable forms of ID. You can get a free photo ID at the Moore County Board of Elections and N.C. Division of Motor Vehicles. Check out locations here. All voters will be allowed to vote with or without a photo ID by voting a provisional ballot and filling out a ID Exception Form or returning with a photo ID.
