Precinct Officer Training

All information must be entered into VoteBuilder within  FIVE (5) days of the precinct meeting, so it's important to send information at conclusion of your meeting. Take a picture of individual sheets and text to Lisa Wells (910-467-1686), or scan as a PDF and email to secretary@moorecountydems.com as well as make arrangements with Lisa to pick up originals.

During the precinct meeting, you can solicit recurring and one-time donations. No need to collect "Sustaining Funds" this year, so you will not receive a fundraising goal. All funds will stay within the county.

• Any cash (under $50) and checks must be accounted for with a corresponding person on the precinct packet form and turned in.
• Collect all donations in one envelope and make arrangements with Lisa Wells (secretary@moorecountydems.com) to turn in. 

• Need to be voted on and approved at your precinct meeting
• Must be sent to Secretary Lisa Wells by February 28th (secretary@moorecountydems.com)
• Will be reviewed to ensure they are not already contained in the platform, previously submitted resolutions not yet voted on, or in the Plan of Organization
• These will then be voted on at the County Convention

Pick up your materials (tent, tables, lit, etc) for Primary Election Day  at HQ on either:

• Tuesday 2/24 between 10 am - 2 pm
• Thursday 2/26 between 2 pm - 6 pm

Return dates:

• Thursday, 3/5, between 2 pm - 6 pm or 
• Tuesday, 3/10, between 10 am - 2 pm
